Visiting this website
The site delivers static pages, fonts and images. It does not create a visitor account, set its own cookies, use browser storage, run advertising or analytics scripts, collect a mailing list, or request microphone access. Following an email link opens your chosen email application.
The website is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare. When it is served through Cloudflare, Cloudflare receives connection data such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time to deliver and protect the site. This processing serves our legitimate interest in reliable, secure delivery under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare's handling of network data is described in its privacy policy. We do not add a separate visitor analytics service.
Contacting us
If you email us, we receive your address, message and any information you include. We use it to respond and handle your request. The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for a request about a contract or steps you ask us to take, or Article 6(1)(f) for ordinary correspondence and support. Our published mailbox is hosted by Google. Do not send passwords, installation credentials, payment-card details or recordings in an ordinary support message.
We retain correspondence while needed to answer the request and resolve related issues. Legal record-keeping obligations may require longer retention. We assess deletion requests against those obligations rather than promising a fixed period that does not apply to every message.
Recipients and international processing
Cloudflare processes website delivery data. Google processes messages sent to the published Gmail address. Their services may process information outside the European Economic Area under their applicable terms and transfer safeguards. See Google's privacy policy and Cloudflare's policy for their information. We do not sell visitor information.
The app and your progress
The planned app uses an anonymous installation credential to protect private game progress. It does not require a player account. Questions, answers and progress are handled by the game service; voice questions require transcription. Restoring a purchase grants access and does not restore another installation's history. A local nickname is display information, not a login.
The app's Delete my progress flow revokes access to the installation's game data and removes owned progress in batches. It does not cancel an Apple purchase or promise immediate removal from provider backups. The current development implementation retains a minimal deletion receipt to prevent a revoked credential from being reused. Its production retention period, final provider disclosures and purchase record requirements must be settled before the paid app launches. We will update this notice with the actual release processing before accepting paid players.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability as provided by law. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Contact us at the address above. You may complain to a supervisory authority in your place of residence, workplace or the place of an alleged infringement. In Bavaria, the authority for private businesses is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.
Changes
We update this notice when the site's processing or the app's release changes. The date at the top identifies this version.
