These terms apply to the Casefile promotional website at getcasefileapp.com, operated by Siarhei Parfianiuk, Einzelunternehmer. Our address and VAT information are in the Impressum.

The website and the app

This website introduces an iPhone mystery game in development and publishes editorial guides. The interface examples are illustrative. They are not playable cases or screenshots of a released app. We have not announced a release date.

Visiting this site does not create a paid app contract or reserve access. No payment is taken here. The website does not offer a free playable version of the game.

Planned purchases

Casefile is planned to offer a seven-day non-renewing pass and a lifetime unlock through Apple. Final availability, product details, prices and applicable purchase terms will be shown before purchase. A seven-day pass is not a recurring subscription. A lifetime unlock describes a product access type; it is not a promise that a service will operate forever.

Production purchase verification and release preparation are still in progress. These website terms do not replace the purchase information, statutory rights or applicable Apple terms presented when the app becomes available.

Using the content

You may read the guides, share links to them and use the question techniques in your own games. The site's original text, design, artwork and other materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property law. This does not restrict statutory exceptions, including lawful quotation.

Do not use the site to interfere with its operation, bypass security controls, distribute unlawful content or infringe another person's rights.

Game expectations

The game is intended for entertainment. Questions can be answered Yes, No, Irrelevant or Unclear. An answer may need clarification, and an automated judgment may be mistaken. No puzzle format or editorial technique guarantees a particular result.

The app is designed around private progress linked to an installation. Purchase restoration is separate from history recovery. Before launch, the app's own terms and privacy information will describe the available purchase, progress and deletion behavior.

Availability and responsibility

We may update the website and correct its content. Development previews may change before release. We do not make an uptime or release-date commitment through this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory statutory liability. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Law and contact

German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or statutory jurisdiction rights that apply where they habitually reside.
