App availability

Casefile is coming soon on iPhone. We haven't announced a release date. A real App Store link will appear on the home page when the app is available. There is no waitlist or website checkout.

Help us understand the issue

Tell us which page or app screen you were using, what you expected, and what happened. If relevant, include your device model and operating system version. Do not send credentials, purchase proof, payment details or private voice recordings.

Progress and purchases

The app's design links private progress to an installation credential. Restoring a purchase restores eligible access, not another installation's history. Deleting progress does not cancel a purchase or request an Apple refund. Production purchases are not available through this website.

Privacy requests

Use the same email address for privacy requests. The Privacy notice explains the website's processing and the app's current development limits.
